19 Tomorrow!

I turn 19 tomorrow. Yeah, it's my birthday! LOL. I started prepareing for tomorrow yesterday. I mean that I started baking yesterday for tomorrow because my family is coming over and I don't want to be too stressed today and I don't want to leave everything for the last minute. Meaning doing everything tomorrow. Not a good idea. I did that last year, baked everything that same day as my birthday dinner. Very smart, not. Then it was more stressing because my mom wasn't home so I had to do it all by myself (cooking, cleaning etc.) and I had a birthday dinner which means that had to make dinner and dessert for a lot of people.


This year I am not haveing a dinner. I am just going to serve a birthday cake, a strawberry cheesecake, cinnamon and vanilla buns and chocholate chip/ marshmellow cookies. Plus coffee and lemonade but nothing more. LOL. Maybe ice-cream because some of the kids might want ice-cream instead of what I am serving.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
