Hola muchachos! I feel like I am growing up or some shit. Idk. But I guess it was time and that everything has to come to an end, but who knows - maybe next year? Okay so after 21 years I decided that I don't want a chocolate Advent calendar. I just don't feel like eating candy every single day, even if it is just a small piece of chocolate. Plus I wanted a One Direction Advent calendar but I can't find one so if will just have to be. I feel like, I mean like I am amazingly proud of myself because like I have done things lately that I like a month ago never ever would have had the guts to to. I am proud of myself. Yo! I made my very own almond paste for the first time today! It was really easy. I also made nutella but I have made that before. I am going to make a Christmas candy called "Mozart kulor" tomorrow so I just wanted to try to make my own almond paste just to see how easy it was and to learn how to do it. The most annoying thing was to peel off the peel on the almonds. I mean to took a few minutes. It was just boring. Oh my God you guys! Like I am so freaking bored right now! I mean seriously I could go to bed to just because I am bored. My boredom has led me to looking through pictures from Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. I don't now but for some reason I had a thing where I always took selfies of myself in the mirrors in the WC at the movies. Well, I had a good day today! I went to Mitt Kök which is the biggest food expo in Scandinavia. I have been waiting for this since last November because I couldn't go then because I lived in California then. Well well! I got to got today and I bought some delicious things! Yum, yum, yum! pasta olive oil sun dried tomatoes pear glögg chocolate/ oat squares They had glögg that tasted like delicatobollar (it's a kind of chocolate balls or whatever you call them in english) and like the raspberry and licorice candy skulls. No, just no to those to. It was fun to taste but nothing I'll actually buy. Ewww, kind of, almost. Hahaha. Novello, the olive oil, that I bought tasted kind of like grass. It was so delicious. The sun dried tomatoes were delicious, a little sweet and just perfect because they were just a little sun dried. Yum, yum. I can't wait to eat all of this. your writer, Erika

Yo, yo it's Friday (as a black haired girl - that's now forgotten - once sang)! OMG! Finally! I celebrated with stuffing myself with cinnamon rolls and coffee. Yum! The dog got some treats too. Okay so I baking and baking a whole lot of stuff. Bread, nougat among other things. It's a special christmas bread and the nougat I need for the rocky road. I hope it all will turn out okay. In case you were wondering, I didn't blow my presentation. I felt like I was shaking the whole time but Hera said I did fine. That's a relief! My time was eight minutes and forty seconds. That's good too. My teacher said that he would post the grade with comments on schoolsoft this afternoon so I am going to check schoolsoft soon. Last night I felt like I was going to screw this whole thing up. That I wasn't going to make the time limit. In panic I added a other thing to my presentation. I talked about The Fame Game . Ok, so I am writing this presentation for my media communications class about Lauren Conrad's book LA Candy . It is due tomorrow. That's ok because I am basically done. One problem tough is that I have to know it by heart and yeah, I don't. I hope I will memorize enough stuff not to blow the whole thing tomorrow. Also the presentation has to be between eight and ten minutes. Our teacher told us that we should aim for nine minutes. When we have reached eight minutes he will give us a sign so that we know. I have made some more Christmas candy. Icechocolate and Mozart balls. The nougat I used for the Mozart balls I made myself, but that was a few weeks ago. Yum, yum, yum! Damn! I just finished reading a bounch of stuff about different programs for UCLA School of Theater, Film & Televison. It basicly said the same thing on all of them. I got nervous watching Hellcats earlier. Dan has to make a film in order to get into Lancer's Film School. I got nervous because I thought " What if I had to make a movie?". Then I was like "About what?". I could make short. No the point. A few weeks ago I saw this thing about prospective students on UCLA's homepage. So I clicked my way over to UCLA School of Theater, Film & Televison. There is where I saw which programs that they have. Oh boy! There is so much about college I don't know (how am I ever going to make it?). I saw this book called Academic Writing For Graduate Students at Akademibokhandeln yesterday. I was looking among the books that is on sale and there is was. What caugth my eye was the word writing. Anyway. I picked it up with my hands and started flipping through the pages. It seemed ok. I didn't buy it because I don't buy books like that. I am a fiction kind of gal. I love to read fiction. Right now I am reading L.A Candy by Lauren Conrad. When the book first came out I was like "I am never going to read one of her books. Never!". Here I am. Anyway. It is actully a good book. When it came I out thought it was going to be about her life or something. It is actully a real book (I found out about that when I watched The Tyra Banks Show one day). I am going off-topic. I just won a High School Musical wallet and bag. Cool, huh! Right now I am waiting for my snicker doodles do be done. They are in the refrigerator right now. The are done in about ten minutes.
