So it's my birthday! Yeah! I have had a good birthday so far (I mean the day is not over so pretty much anything can still happen). I got breakfast in bed by my mom and the dogs. During the day I didn't do much. I just returned a the movies that I rented last weekend. I do go out to dinner with my mom, Sara, Åsa and Alex. We went to Texas Burgers & Deli, because I wanted a burger. A real burger, not a McDonalds burger. Nothing bad about McDonalds but also I don't eat real beef. I just don't like the taste. The Texas Burgers that we went to was quite a cozy little place. It was not a big restaurant. I liked I might go there again some time. My breakfast this morning (btw that is a scented candle, not that anyone cares LOL)  The burger that I ordered at Texas Burgers & Deli I bought an ice cream today and look what it says on the stick. Kräftaskiva 2013. Okay, three words to describe tonight: Never, Eating, Again. Hahaha. I am so stuffed. Feel so fat that I won't blame anyone if they asked me when I am due (I'd probably would get sad though but that's another story). No but seriously thought, so much delicious food. Okay it wasn't that much, maybe it was. It was the usual muchness that we usually have in my family at any family gathering. Hahaha. Seriously though, no joke. Plus there is always left overs. Well, I guess it's better to have to much than to little. 'Cause I mean to little would be awkward. It was fun, we were alot of people. Alot of people, hahaha, it's just because everyone has so many kids so people need to stop having kids for a while now or someone need to get a bigger place so that it won't be so crowded at Christmas, Easter and just any other holiday. I feel like this is going to be a good week! I mean it's only Tuesday (probably Wednesday when I have finished this post) but so far so good. Yesterday I went shopping, today I had dinner with my BFF Linda, tomorrow This Is Us , Thursday nothing special planned, Friday kräfskiva at Sara's, Saturday I have the whole apartment to myself (PARTAYYYYY! Hi guys! I think that my bad habit from USA has followed me to Sweden. Hahaha. I think I fell asleep during class yesterday. Gosh what is happening to me?! It was a dark movie theater and a not so interesting movie. I was leaning on my bag and all of the sudden it was that boring music and closing credit (it was n Chinese so I really have no idea) and people were leaving. Ooops! Hihihi. But in the United States people couldn't really blame me. Well, I think so because I went up at 5:30 AM so that I could make it to my 8 AM class (keeping mind that it to me about 45 minutes to get to school). You know what? It takes me longer to get to school here in Sweden that it did in SB. WTF?! Like, "Hello, dude!" Like right now I am not like "Yeah!" about school but maybe it's like Sara said that once you get to know people it will be a lot more fun. Falalala la-la-la. Today I have bought some more Christmas presents. To Cornelia and Belle. I also bought something for Åsa and Sara but I haven't decided if I will give it to as a Christmas gift or just as a present when I come home. I don't know about the kids but I know that Åsa will rave when she open's her present. I know that she will absolutely love it. Sara will too. I bought them the same thing. You they're sister, I want to avoid a fight (LOL, they're 40 and 34 so they're not that childish). But none of the kids has gotten the same thing. Okay, but Caesar and Charlie are the two who I have bought the most similar things to. Olivia and Cornelia are second, but also no. I mean they both got something with Hello Kitty on it but it's really not that similar except for the Hello Kitty thing. On Thursday it's six weeks left until I will fly back home. Soooooo............ I have FINALLY (oh my god that sound kind of like I have been in high school for the past six years of my life, not like the normal three) graduated from high school last Tuesday! Yeah! No more school - until college starts in August but still. Yeah! My day started at 7 AM but I don't need to take you through me getting ready so let us just skip three hours. 10 AM - I met up with a few of my classmates nearby our high school. We ate strawberries and some drank  champagne or cider. We also singed each others hats and I usual I was the only one with a pen but as nice as I am I let them borrow my pen. That's the kind of chic I am. The good girl. Son it was time for us to head over to school for our graduation. The graduation was fun. There was this nostalgia medley where a few teachers sang a Spice Girls song, two other teachers rapped and one guy from the music class performed  Freeztyler. Today I spent the whole day with Åsa, Alex, Sara and Caesar. It was meant that we were going to go to the beach but when Åsa, Alex and I were on the train we saw some suspicious clouds in the sky. So we went to a park so Alex could play around for a while. But then as I knew it would it started raining. But that stopped as soon as it started.So then we went for, Martina joined us then. On the way home Martina told me a story about when she and a friend went to the USA. Her friends husband is from Las Vegas. The were in LA and Las Vegas for three days. During those three days her friends husband rented a hummer limousine with a chauffeur. Those three days they didn't even had to get out of the car if the wanted something, the chauffeur would just do it for them. your writer, Erika.

Yesterday was midsummer's eve. I went to Skansen with my mom with Annika, Kaj, Sara and Micke and their son Caesar and Åsa and Alex. It was ok. After that everybody went to Gröna Lund (an amusement park) except my mom and I because I was cold and I really don't like Gröna Lund so much any more. It is not as much fun as when I was a kid. When they came back from Gröna Lund my mom and I went over to Annika and Kaj's place to eat dinner. Which was around 6:20 pm. Well, we didn't exactly eat then. The dinner had to be prepared. So the dinner was done at about I don't know, somewhere between 7 pm and 7:30 pm. It is way to late to eat dinner at that time. I think that dinner shouldn't be served later then 6 pm. When everybody prepared the dinner I tried and succeed to entertain Ceasar. He is so cute! But when he started crying I panicked. I didn't know who to handle the situation. He started crying because he got frustrated about something. your writer, Erika.

My first thing to do this summer is going to be........wait for it................Open a bakery! Well this week I am going to finish a brochure that I started on a few days ago (and hand it out to people I know) and open a blog. On the blog I am am going to write on swedish. The name for my bakery is going to be Erika's mat but the official name is going to be Erika's food. I'll hope someone will order something. I got the idea (well I have thought about it before I read it) from a magazine called Julia. I mentioned it yesterday when I ate lunch with mom, Annika, Sara and her son Caesar (who's just a baby - he is three months old) and Annika thought was a great idea. She said that I absolutely should do it because I am such a great cook. I graduated ninth grade yesterday! That's why I had lunch with mom, Annika, Sara and her son. I also got presents! So thanks for the presents once again! I loved them so much. I am really thankful for it! your writer, Erika.

OMG! Yeah, only sixteen (school)days left in school! An other great news is that it is only three days in school next week. Yeah! No school, no school, no school! The same days as I am graduating from "grundskolan" (9th grade) I am going to have a picnic with friends and family. Nothing is diseased yet. But I hope so. I think it was Sara who mentioned it. Then I mentioned that I should get presents but the someone said that no or something. Annika said then that when you graduate from 9th grade you should get presents. Wow, it's the one year anniversary of my blog today! Yeah! Well, I haven't planned anything special but yeah, I will just write down whatever pops up in my head. I am going to star with recommending a song; Love song by Sara Bareilles. You should check out the video too. It's really great. Do you know what I did yesterday? I went to stinsen with my mom. I wanted to go there becausethey have opened up a new part or yeah it's bigger now. New stores. When we walked around there I heard that there was a guy on the stage talking that a singer was going to preform there. So of course I found out that it was Marie Picasso. The winner of Idol 2007. It's like American Idol but it's in Sweden. So of course i took the chance to get a picture of her and I together. Oh, I wanna recommend an other song (you have probably heard it before but I wanna recommend it any way); American Boy by Estelle featuring Kanye West). It's a great song too.
