Snack Time

Hello guys! How are you? I am good but I have a small cold so I am also not good. Seriously where is the vaccine for the common cold?! That should be a shot that is included in those vaccines you get as a kid. This is so annoying! I never get sick other than that I get a cold like six times a year. It's not funny.

So now I am sitting here on my couch trying to recuperate so that I have energy for next week. My mom is coming to Stockholm tomorrow. We are going to see Chris Rock. I have been looking forward to that for months! He is someone that I have wanted to see for years so I am really excited that he is finally coming to Sweden. My mom and I are going to go out to dinner and the go and see Chris Rock. Actually we also saw Kevin Hart when he was here almost two years ago. We are also going to see that new movie Girls Trip. It's seems really funny.

Right now I am just sitting here on the couch and having a little snack. Just some tea with honey and a toast. Not just a toast but a super delicious toast. I made toast with peanut butter, sliced banana and some sprinkled coconut. It was really good. I feel like I really deserved a treat like that. I think that I am going to go and make an other one now.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
