Well fuck that shit! I have tried to upload my monologue to youtube but youtube won't upload it. IDK. Hmm, I'll do my best and try tomorrow. Yeah yeah. I seriously don't know what to write here. I mean I was supposed to upload my monologue today but somehow it's not working. Why? I have no idea. Hmm. I read today. The Fault In Our Stars  by John Green. Two chapters. Idk, but I just thought that I should read since I wanted the book so bad and that I complained that I never read anymore. Plus the movie adaption premiere's soon and I'd like to have finished the books by then. I read two chapters today so I am on my way. LOL, it's like I am far into the story. I am still have not read past the first 100 pages and I think the next chapter is chapter seven. LOL. I have to read some more tomorrow. Tomorrow my schedule is pretty empty. Except for trying to upload my monologue on youtube. Oh, yeah I will bake some bread. More than that I don't have any plans...

Okay! I am not gonna lie, I looked up green card. I googled it just to see what it really is and what the difference it is to actually have one instead of a visa. I am domed, as of right now. I have nothing for me that will get me a green card. I am not saying that I want one. I am just saying. I know all about the student visa that I had so I just want learn more. It's a part of the common knowledge. I like learning, to a certain point and if I get to decide what I think is just rubbish and what is actually useful. Gosh! I am just saying that America has to be one of the hardest countries to get into unless you're a citizens. Yeah. No, it is not that it is hard it is just that it is complicated. I know that I haven't been blogging much lately but I haven't had anything to blog about and I really don't like random post. I mean "This is my favorite song at the moment", "Look what I bought today" and etc. But today I actually have something to blog about. We baked a cake in school yesterday. My classmates came up with the idea last Wednesday when I was home because I was sick. So, as you might know my birthday is coming up. Yeah on April 6th. For my birthday I am going to make this strawberry cheesecake. Of course I am going to make a regular cake too. Duh, cakes and birthdays is like the with with oxygen. Hahaha. Yeah and just because I am me the cake is going to be homemade. Um, everything is going to be homemade. Mama doesn't play the other way. Yesterday I went "shopping". I bought a new mascara at The Body Shop and the new issue of Elle Mat & Vin . Okay, I bought a new pair of mittens. I don't really count that because I had to buy them and I will get money back for what they cost. It was a work thing. I didn't have to buy the mittens but It was a store that I don't normally shop at so I just went for the mittens after thinking of what to buy for a while. Today I baked a bread from a recipe in the new issue of Elle Mat & Vin . I haven't tasted it yet but I will as soon as I am done with this post. I LOVE that magazine. It is not just about food and such its is about fashion. I mean it is from the Elle trademark so what do you exepect? Right? Do you read any special magazine? Any must haves? your writer, Erika

I just wanted to show you guys a picture of my glöggcheesecake. Everybody said it was good but I thought it was kind of blend. Today is going to be alittle bit like yesterday. Well, without the cleaning just more cooking and baking. I have to make the glögg cheesecake, the pie we are goin´g to have at home, bread flavoured with wort, saffron biscotti, cinnamon hearts (cookies) and a few other things. Yum, yum, yum! Last night I worte everything down on post-its so that I wouldn't forget anything. That would be embarrassing. Really embarrassing. Later I am going to make a video and post it on youtube. What is there to do today? Hehehe. I have cleaned my room (it has to be ince for Christmas) and done some laundry. Some is an understatement because I washed all the clothes in my laundry basket. That might sound like alot but it is reall not (LOL, that rhymes). Well see it how you want but the washbasin are filled with my clothes. I guess mom has to wait until tomorrow if she wants to wash anything. Tomorrow I am going to bake. I am going to make the dessert for Christmas Eve dinner and alot of the Christmas foos we are going to have at home. I am making a glögg cheesecake for the Christmas Eve dinner which means I have to make the gingerbread today. I am using gingearbread as the cake base. Yummy! It is more Christmasie to use gingerbread rather than using digestive crackers. Don't you agree? your writer, Erika

Hihihi, my new cook book arrived today. Well it is not my as in I wrote it but it is mine as in I bought it. I am so excited, I just want to bake.  RIGHT NOW! Oh, I just want to correct something I wrote yesterday: It is not the-gingerbread-cookie-day next Friday. It is the Friday after that. I am still going to make gingerbread dough on Friday. Oh, love my psychology teacher. I mean she is nice. We have these two huge assignment that we have to hand in on Friday but she postponed the date until Decmber 5th. Thank you so much because now I don't have to stress so much about the other assignments. Like right now I am (watch TV, LOL, it is One Tree Hill - the episode when Brooke is trying to save Jamie because he is stuck in a car and that care gets pushed into the river by an other car. Now that I think about it, a lot of thing has happened on that bridge in OTH.) working on my English C speech that I have to hold next Monday. It has to be five minutes, just like the speech ...

OMG, I can't believe that in a week (next Sunday) it is first in Advent. OMG, OMG, OMG! Iiiip! I am excited. Soon it will be Christmas. It is only a month left on Thursday. A month! Can you believe it? Time just flies by. I have deciced to make the gingerbread dough on Friday and depending on how much dough I will make I might bake some gingerbread cookies for my class the following Friday because it is "the-gingerbread-cookie-day". I always have so much dough left over so why not make cookies for my classmates. I am sure they will appreciate it. I mean 1) everyone love gingerbread cookies (except Agnes because she is allergic and 2) we leave school at four o'clock on Fridays. So after lunch I will put out my cookies on the teachers desk and write something on the board so that they know that they are allowed to eat the cookies. your writer, Erika

Where should I start? OMG! So, I got to school on time (as always) and sat in the sofa in cafeteria before my first class started. I got to the class room like one minute before class started and my teacher wasn't there. The woman whos incharge of the lunch cupongs was there. When I saw her I looked at Catherine and Linnea (who also has psycology with me) and asked if our teacher wasn't there. She wasn't. I staid in school and did the assignment that I had to do so that I wouldn't get invalid absences. That took about an hout and 15 minutes. Something like, considering I was on facebook and blogging on HIH. After that there was 55 minutes left of the lesson so I did the english homework and now I have to do some swedish homework that is supposed to be done on Wednesday. On my way home I met Grecia at the train station. She said that she was goint to eat cookies when she came home. When she said that I was like "I wanna bake", which I did. I grabbed all ...

New day. New cupcakes. Same cookbook. (More baking to come.) Yep I baked today too. What else am I supossed to do with my day? I know, I know - there is plenty of other things for me to do. It is summer. No school (translation no imagination.) Ok, that is so not true. I could write a whole book full of my crazy thoughts. Entertaining crazy thoughts that will say. I am NOT crazy (if that is what you think). Anyway (I have been using that word alot lately). So, I made carrot and zucchini cupcakes. I have not tasted them yet but I can tell you this much that the batter... OH, heaven yum. Maybe I was egasterting a little there. But is tasted good. I guess that the cupcakes are amazing too. My mom loves (of course I do too, duh) the ham and mushroom cupcakes. You have to try them sometime. Go to the Hummingbird Bakery or just buy the cookbook. I made bagels a few days ago from a recipe in a cookbook called Baka bröd med allt om mat (bake bread with everything about food). The recipe was for twelve bagels and they are delicous. I I haven't eaten them all yet. There are still some left in the pantry. Yum! your writer, Erika

Every week (until week 24) you have a chance to win a KitchenAid with a dough hook and bowl with a silicone cover as an optional accessory. After school I am going to look trough all of my cookbooks for insperation. I so want that KitchenAid!           Yesterday I made buns since it 'Fettisdagen' tomorrow. I know I got to write more! I am so bad at that! It is just that I don't know what to write about. That is why I only post videos sometimes. What do you wanna hear?
