So, as you might know my birthday is coming up. Yeah on April 6th. For my birthday I am going to make this strawberry cheesecake. Of course I am going to make a regular cake too. Duh, cakes and birthdays is like the with with oxygen. Hahaha. Yeah and just because I am me the cake is going to be homemade. Um, everything is going to be homemade. Mama doesn't play the other way. On saturday it is Sweden's national day. I don't know anyone that celebrates it. Maybe that's why it became a holiday a few years ago. But any way, I am going to make a strawberry cake then. I am going to use swedish strawberry's then - they are the best kind. If you ever come to Sweden during the swedish strawberry season you should buy some. They are delicious! I love baking.
