Yo, so lets talk carpets. That was the only thing that I didn't mention yesterday. I want to replace all of the carpets in my apartment, not just the one in my little bed corner. What I have learned the past few days is that furniture and pretty much everything when it comes to interior design is expensive. It's ridiculous how much things cost. For example I saw a carpet with the words "I eat cake in bed" on it for 25 000 kr. That is insane. Yezus! Not that the ones that I like are exactly cheap but still, c'mon this is crazy! But I guess if you want something good then you are going to have to pay for it. In my kitchen/ hallway I have four carpets if you count the door matt. I am thinking that maybe I should just have one huge carpet in the kitchen area and in the hallway area I should just have a door matt and a smaller rug. So I have been going through pinterest trying to find something that looks like what I want my little bed corner to look like. It is harder than I imagined to find something that I envisioned in my head. Instead I am just going to tell you guys what I want. I am thinking about whether or not I should get a headboard. I love headboards and I think that they can be really beautiful. I am not sure if I should get one though. My concern is that it might be too much for my little apartment. Anyway, Mille Notti have to headboards that I like. They're called Paula and Alexandra but then I also found a couple that I like on Mio. If I did get a headboard I would probably get one in either dusty pink, beige or blue. In my current apartment I think that either dusty pink or beige will fit the best. Hello my darlings! Hey, you know what I feel like the next project that I am going to do in my apartment is the corner where my bed is. Yes corner because I have studio apartment. It doesn't really say anything. I mean it doesn't say that I have any sense of style or taste. This is what that little corners looks like. I like how everything is positioned so I am going to keep it that way. I like having that little bench at the end of the bed so that is also staying. The only piece of furniture that I might replace is my bedside table. Then I know that I need a new bedcover, new pillows and all of the photos above my bed should have a frame from the same series. I just want things to be a little bit more coherent. I will try and put together a inspiration of what I want that corner to look like.
