The Only Ten I See

I hate those nights (like tonight), when I don't know what to write. Gash, 'cause I kind of want to do something. Hmmm. I kind of need your help though. I want to read something by Tennessee Williams, post 1950. Which is basically most of his work, but still something post 1950. I have actually read one of his plays before. A Streetcar Named Desire. Twice. Once in college and a few months ago.  I just felt like I needed to re-read it. Which I am thankful that did because I don't think that I got it the first time. It's really good. I need to see the movie now. LOL, I have only seen clips from it. Talking about Tennessee. You know that pick-up line "Are you from Tennessee? Because you are the only tenn-e-ssee (ten I see)!" First time I heard it was when Oliver said it on Hannah Montana . And I didn't get it then because I then it was "You are the only tenn I see!" I was like totally confused! What is so special about tenn that you want to be com...

If I Stay

Hi guys. How are you? I am good. I went and saw If I Stay  earlier this evening. Oh my God! That movie was so freaking good! There was not a dry eye in the theater. OMG. The tears just kept running down my chin. OMG and every time that I had calmed myself down the water works started again. There was this one woman who totally broke down. You could here her sobbing loudly in the quiet theater. The movie is so beautiful! I really have to read the book now. I just did a little (quick) internet search about the book and there is a sequel titled Where She Went . My mom was happy when I told her that, because she would have had liked a different ending. Like she would have wanted to know more of what happened after she woke up. I totally have to read book books now. Hehehe. I gotta say, Chloë Grace Moretz was amazing in the movie. She has too win several awards for her role as Mia. I mean she IS going to win several awards for her role as Mia. She is really talented. I am kind of je...

Studying

Hello boys and girls! Hmmm, now was that about me going to blog earlier in the evening and not so late at night. Well. I mean I guess, old ingrown habits are hard to quit. Hahaha. Do you have any bad habits? Hahaha. Of course you do. Everyone have bad habits, maybe you don't see it yourself but just ask anyone close to you and they will know. They might not tell you to spare your feelings but, something will surely pop into their minds. So what is everyone up to this weekend? I have to study for a screen test that I have for this short film on Monday. Wish me good luck. Wait NO! That's bad luck, pray that I break a leg - that is good luck. Weird, yeah. LOL. It's not that I have plenty of lines. It's just one scene with a few lines but I want to do this right. I want to part. LOL, I just want to act so yeah that is why I want this to do well. I am going to study hard for that but I am probably going to the movies tomorrow. Idk. My life is really filled with that many...

These Are My Confessions

Hi guys! OMG I am sitting here watching the end of the World Cup finale, playing Farm Hero Saga and listening to Hunter Hayes. Just kind of an amazing evening. LOL, I haven't been watching the whole game (hahahahahahahaha no), I've been watching Confessions of a Shopaholic.  LOL because it's  Confessions of a Shopaholic , maybe not the greatest movie of all times and as in all cases where book-made-into-a-movie the books are way better. Since the movies is based on the first two books about Becky Bloomwood.  Confessions of a Shopaholic and Shopaholic Takes Manhattan . You know she is British, right? I mean the character Becky Bloomwood. I just check wikipeda and it says that there is another Shopaholic book coming later this year. According to wikipedia the book will be called Shopaholic To The Stars . Aaaa! Another book! I am so excited. Like I thought that the fifth book Shopaholic & Baby  was the last one the she released a sixth book about Becky and her sho...

Ender's Game

Hi guys! How are you? So two posts today, huh. What do I do to myself? Hahahaha. Nah, it's all pleasure though. So I saw Ender's Game  last night. Finally! I have to say, like in most cases (book-becomes-movie) the book is a billion times better. The movies was okay but I don't think that I would have liked it as much if I hadn't read the book. Have you read the book? I honestly think that everyone you go and read the book. It's way way way better than the movie. One thought really struck me when I was watching the movie last night. The book was first published back on January 15th 1985. 1985. Think about it. Like Orson Scott Card who wrote the book was a little bit a head of his time. I mean like how he describes the mind games and how they are on these like iPad like things. Idk but that's the vision I had in my head. your writer, Erika

Not So Much

Well fuck that shit! I have tried to upload my monologue to youtube but youtube won't upload it. IDK. Hmm, I'll do my best and try tomorrow. Yeah yeah. I seriously don't know what to write here. I mean I was supposed to upload my monologue today but somehow it's not working. Why? I have no idea. Hmm. I read today. The Fault In Our Stars  by John Green. Two chapters. Idk, but I just thought that I should read since I wanted the book so bad and that I complained that I never read anymore. Plus the movie adaption premiere's soon and I'd like to have finished the books by then. I read two chapters today so I am on my way. LOL, it's like I am far into the story. I am still have not read past the first 100 pages and I think the next chapter is chapter seven. LOL. I have to read some more tomorrow. Tomorrow my schedule is pretty empty. Except for trying to upload my monologue on youtube. Oh, yeah I will bake some bread. More than that I don't have any plans...

Hi guys waddup waddup waddup (that's how you spell it right, "waddup", I mean the slang version? Gosh I don't want to seem illiterate or something)! LOL. I am good, I am cool. I haven't done much today. I have just been home all day long since I don't work today. I work tomorrow tough. Like four hours, between 4 PM and 8 PM. Four hours isn't bad but it's just the time of the day that those four hours are scheduled. Like, I rather work those hours from like 10 AM to 2 PM. Sounds much better to me. I'd probably get asked if I can get in a little bit earlier. Maybe I'll take it. It spends on how much earlier. One time they asked me if I could get in like an hours earlier but I told the I could get in like 30 minutes earlier and that was okay. Hmm, maybe I'll do that. I bought a new book the other week. The Fault In Our Stars  by John Green. Everyone is reading it but that is not why it bought, because it's hot to read it. I first heard a...

Something New, Something Old

Image
So basically I haven't done much today. I mean like I haven't left the apartment, except for opening the door to reach the mail box so that I could get the mail but like that doesn't count. Hahaha. I did bake some more bread tough and I did do the dishes. So, um, yeah. At least that's something. Tomorrow I am not going to do much either, except for studying. You see I am starting this new job on Wednesday and they gave me a introduction book that I have to read but like it's mostly obvious things. I mean to always be nice to the customer and always have a smile on your face etc etc. But like the book is (I think it was) 137 pages but there is not a lot on every page so I will probably finish it in like half an hour or so. You also had to write down things in the book. Like OMG, I thought that I was done with school. Homework, I meant homework. Hahahaha. Hmmm. Don't know what else to write here so I prompt you all to check out my tumblr,  http://eriikaworld.tum...

Happiness

Hi guys, so I finished Conor's book! Oh my God my life is over! Like huh?! I need more, I crave more of him. I want more Conor. Fourtunetly I have all of his music in my phone and I also got One Direction's book Where We Are for Christmas so I will begin reading that book tomorrow. I felt that I learned a lot about him as a person. I also feel like that there was a lot in the book that I didn't know but I have only been like a hardcore fan since last summer but still. I hope that I am all caught up now. Aah, I will have to go into fangirl mode tomorrow and dig up every little thing there is about Conor on this world wide web. If I could found when his flight from Stockholm to London left, believe me I'll find out the small hidden things. Hahahahaha…. that was just a coincidence, in a way. When Conor was here in September a Mayniac who met Conor tweeted when Conor's flight left because some guy who worked with Conor had told her. So that's how I found out. That...

Lifestyle

Hi! So I continued reading in Conor's book today. Just so unbelievably awesome! What a sweet life he seemed to be living. I mean when he moved to London, like he got to be in the recoding studio everyday and still kind of be a part of that uni lifestyle. I mean visit his friends in their halls, go to popular places where all the uni kids hang out. I mean it sounded pretty sweet in a way. But he complains about in the book that he kind of relied on his friends at uni for a social life since he didn't know anyone in London, that he was pretty much alone without them. Except for that it all seems pretty sweet. I really recommend that you buy his book, Take Off . You won't regret it. It's really good. I really hope that I get to meet him again. He's just, I mean I am a really huge fan of him. I have about 30 pages left but I'll finish that tomorrow, this is a book that you latterly have to tare me from. The only reason that I put it down is because I really need to ...

Still On The Ground

Hi guys! How are you? I am good I have done much today except for doing laundry and taking a long walk with Merlin. I really don't like taking long walks with him. Like I was already going for  a walk and my mom asked me if I could bring him since she was going grocery shopping and I guess she didn't want hime to be alone, plus I guess he hadn't really been out for a while. So, IDK, I brought him. I mean, yeah, I love him he's a nice dog but like, you can't keep a steady pace with him because he likes to sniff things and all of the sudden he just starts to run like a maniac until the leash pulls him back. Like it's just easier to take a long walk on your own. Like Merlin and I went for an hour and a half long walk. I like long walks. I mean it's relaxing and freeing. And sometimes not so much. It's only nice if you're alone. I have been reading some more in Conor's book Take Off . Oh my God it's just so incredibly good! Like I am just learn...

Right Back To Work

How are you all of my luvies? Good I hope. Hahaha, today I sat in the audience for some weird Swedish show that I'll probably won't watch when it airs on TV this fall. I'll probably just watch to see if I can see myself in audience. LOL. I am glad to get back to another show tomorrow. I've missed it. I hope it will be as fun as last week. I am going to bring my book (I am reading Mini Shopaholic  by Sophie Kinsella) so that I have something to read on my way to work and on my way home. Especially on my way home 'cause my phone tend to die since I don't get a chance to charge all day, I mean I bring my charger with me plus I also work until usually around 9 PM. So that is, yeah kind late and I am not usally home until 10:30 PM. I want to buy a hat. I think that it would be a cute accessory. I saw a few at TGR in Sollentuna Centrum (okay, not hat related but a funny story. Before I had to be at studio today I went to Sollentuna Centrum and I went to Lindex just ...

Ashtrays and Heartbreaks

OMG! What the shit is this? For Monday we have to read two chapters in our film history book, good thing for me that I have already finished the chapter for Friday 'cause this I ain't doing homework on my birthday and on Sunday I am busy doing other things. The other thing is the our teacher isn't going to show Citizen Kane  (very famous movie by Orson Wells, in case you have no idea what I am talking about) during a regular film screening. Yeah! I am chocked too! What is this crap! Hahaha, I haven't seen the movie so I don't know if it is good or not. I just want to know what all the fuzz is about because in every book that I have had for every film studies class that I have had that book as been mentioned. OMG! U got so fed up with that movie last semester in the US because that movie was practically mentioned on every page. Annoying! He is going to screen Citizen Kane  for us but not on a school day and fortunately that screening is not mandatory. I mean I liked ...

Sweet Little Lies

Image
Today I went to Kungsträdgården. I sat there for a while a read Sweet Little Lies by Lauren Conrad. I am on page 108 at the moment. And so far so good. Lauren is a really good writer. I love L.A Candy . The book gets better and better towards the end. It is ok in the begining. What I mean is the if you are considering reading these books you should. If you know any other great books in English, please tell me. My plan is to only read books in English until the SAT's. your writer, Erika

This Friday Night

"There's a strager in my bed. Glitter all over the room." I am have no plans for tonight. So, the offer from last night still stands. You have my number, so what are you waiting for? Take this innocent beauty for a night on da town. LOL! JK! Seriously. I think I am going to read a little bit in Shopaholic And a Baby later. I love that book. I started reading it five days ago and I am on page 322 (Swedish version) now. The book has 412 pages (incaes you were wondering). The book is so exciting. You should really read it if you are looking for a good book to read. I think you should the other books in the Shopaholic series. Especially the four books before this one. Not that you have to because everything gets explained in the book. I mean if something has happened in one of the previous books you get a breif recap. What do you like to read? your writer, Erika

Out of Words

This morning I woke up and my voice was gone. Well (to be honest), almost gone. It was like that for a few hours. On top of that I had a little bit of fever. As you might have guessed I haven't done much. I have been reading in the forth book about Becky Bloomwood by Shopie Kinsella. I have watch some tv. I have been tired (that is an other reason I have not done so much).           When On The Floor ft Pit Bull by Jennifer Lopez came out I didn't like it. Something happened today because now I like it. your writer, Erika

Supernova

I started reading another book. Supernova by Maria King. So far so good. I haven't read that much yet. It seems ok from what I have read. I usaully don't read books by Swedish authers, beause the storys take place in Sweden and I am from Sweden so there is nothing new. Unless it's Astrid Lindgren. But her book my parents red to me when I was a kid and I have seen the films so, I got the covered.           I like Meg Cabots books. She is reall is talented. I remember when I had finished a book series that she has written and I was going to read another book by her. At first I got disapointed at her. I was like "No, you have failed!". I continued reading and realised that it was just that first chapter that was kind of boring. I like her books, she's cool. I have subcribed to her youtube channel. Not that she post alot of videos. She did before to promote Airhead: Being Nikki . your writer, Erika

Life In a Day

I made a video, two actually, for Life In a Day on youtube. I might do another video later, I don't know.           Tomorrow I am going to read out Chasing Harry Winston . It is actually a great book, You should read it. After the book I am reading now I am going to read the third book in the Shopaholic series. After that - if I have not bought a new book - I am going to read the seventh Harry Potter book.           I am going to read it because the movie premieres in November and I want to refresh my mind. your writer, Erika

Summer

So this fall cycle 15 of Americas Next Top Model will air. The finale of cycle 13 aired like two weeks ago.           Top Model always airs the same time as another tv show that I like (this spring it was the new 90210 ). So I am going to watch the the show online from now on. I am going to start tomorrow because I have a book I have to read out.           Queen of Bable In The Big City by Meg Cabot. I love Queen of Bable. I have read the first book and now I am on the second book. I have like 71 pages left and I am going to read out the book tonight (at least I hope so. Other wise I have to do it tomorrow. I love reading so it won't be a problem :).           Remember to check in at http://haveithollywood.blogspot.com/ everyday so you can keep up with your favorite celebs. your writer, Erika
