Yummy In My Tummy

Image
Hello! So last night I made a delicious dinner from this cookbook I got from my mom this summer. It's funny because the cookbook is all in English and I usally use recepie in Swedish so some of the ingredients I had no idea what they were. But it's a good thing that there is something called google. It's fun trying these new recepies because it's dishes I don't usally eat or would think of to cook. So this is broadening my horizon. Plus I am learning new words in English. It is a win-win situation. If you compare my dish with the picture in the book I don't think that they look that much different. What I made was spiced tofu, nudles and pak choi. It was delicious! The sauce - OMG! your writer, Erika

Wifey

Hi every one! Tonight I have been a totally wifey! But where is my husband though? Anyway, moving on. As  said I have been a total wifey. I have been cooking and baking. LOL. I made more of my own delicious granola and I made some bagels. I didn't have any bread at home so bagels it was. Bagels are so easy to make yourself! I love making my own bread and my own granola (which is also super easy to make and my granola recipe is one of the few recipes I know by heart). Actually doing so can bee time consuming but so worth it because the you know exactly know what it contains. And I like being healthy and knowing what I put in to my body. My body is my temple so I do my best to be my healthiest. your writer, Erika

Busy Doing Everything at Once

Hi guys! I just wanted to post something since I don't post as much anymore. But I have been busy. I have school and work and it's all so much. But I do like having both because then my life is not just about one or the other. It's nice having something to breaks of the other (Do you say that in english?). Eh. Right now with school I feel like I am just taking one day at a time. And to actually getting a degree I am taking one semester at a time. Trying to not put so much pressure on everything and not stress. I feel like it's working that way. Yeah. We'll see. This weekend have been really nice. It's been so nice not having to work the last couple of weeks. I hope that my boss do not schedule me to work weekends in March. I want my weekends free. LOL. Last weekend I was totally stressed about school and said to myself that next weekend I won't do anything. No school, no studying. And what have I been doing. Studying the whole weekend. Hehehe. But I feel p...

Trying New Things

Image
Hello my folks! How are you? I am good. A little bored right now, or idk. I want to do something and there is lots of things that I should/ could be doing right now but I don't to do that. I've done my share of obligations today. Eh. I bought the skirt! I told you I was going to buy the skirt. And I L-O-V-E it! It is gorgeous and fits like a glove. This skirt was made for me. Ah I love it! Plus I bought this gorgeous sexy lace body yesterday that looks amazing with the skirt. It's like match made in heaven! I look so hot. Too bad it is minus 20 degrees celsius outside I made egg free pancakes for dinner and they were delicious! I really do not like eggs and when I was at the grocery store earlier today was going back and forth in my mind if I should buy eggs because you can do so much with eggs. Okay it's not that I don't like eggs it's just that I never really eat eggs. I just use them when they're an ingredient in something. But as I walk walking throu...

Fakegiving Prep

Hello boys and girls! How are you this fine evening? I am okay I guess. Just frustrated over typical me stuff, but otherwise I am super because tomorrows Thanksgiving. Or Fakegiving as I am calling it. Hahaha. You know because Thansgiving is not a Swedish holiday. So today I have been preparing a little bit for tomorrow. LOL, it's just gonna be my mom and I since she is the only one that I can force to have Fakegiving with me. I made a pumpkin pie and I bought cranberry sauce today. I'll post pictures of everything tomorrow. your writer, Erika

Distractions

Hi guys! How are you! I am good. LOL, I should really start this now and stop getting distracted by Hunter Hayes, facebook, the TV among other things. Plus I am starting to feel a little sleepy. It might have something to do with the fact that I have not had any coffee today (Yeah, a shocker since I am such a coffee lover! LOL, hahahaha!). We don't have any coffee, but mom said that she would buy some tomorrow so it's all good. Eh, we have tea so I am not completely, idk but we have tea. Hahaha. OMG so my mom made home made french fries for dinner tonight. Really delicious and a way more luxurious than store bought frozen french fries. They were really good! Sometimes there is really nothing better than your mother cooking. Seriously when I was away in the US, sometimes all I wanted was to go home and just eat my mothers cooking. Partly because I was so physically and emotionally tired from school and the whole thing of moving across the world. your writer, Erika

Everyday I'm Tumblring

Image
YOLO! I just looked at the watch and "Woah". I mean time passes by so fast sometimes! What are y'all doing? I have just been home all day. I mean I haven't done anything special. Um, yeah I mean I baked cupcakes. Vanilla cupcakes with raspberries and white chocolate. I instagramed pictures of the cupcakes. Before the oven and after the oven. LOL. Delicious. Something I just made up myself. Not the actual cupcake batter but the thing with the raspberries and white chocolate. I like to bake. I like to bake more than I like to eat it sometimes. I just don't like too much sweet stuff. Cooking and eating is more my thing 'cause I rather eat real food. Here are pictures of my cupcakes. Before the oven... After the oven... There is this contest to meet 1D when they com to Stockholm next week. For me to qualify into the finale I need as many people as possible to like my plasylist on spotify. Pretty please like it  http://open.spotify.com/user/1255703...

Just a Little Thought

OMG, before I start I have to tell you about this crazy thing that happened on campus in one of the theatre classes last week. This guy brought a soft air gun to the class. He was high (one of the girls who were there said so), started talking about Jesus and then he put the gun on the teachers table and then said that he had a riddle for the class. Nothing happened though. The teacher took the guy out of the classroom and security escorted him out. Scary, nothing happened though but anyway. Okay, okay. So I have been thinking today. Maybe, that I want to be a journalist. That'd be cool. A fashion journalist. That'd be so cool. Writing for Elle ,  Vogue , or some other major magazine. I like writing and I think that that would be something that could make a living out of. Also I want to be screenwriter. That'd be cool too. There are some many thing that would be cool, you know. Maybe I should think like this; What do I enjoy? A: movies/ TV, writing, fashion, cooking. Gr...

Life Right Now

I am sitting here blogging (Have It Hollywood and my new blog ), watching Pretty Little Liars and cooking dinner (salom lasagna). Later I have to study for a test I have on Friday. It is about the history of the Swedish langue. It is a small test. Well, that is what my teacher told me. I am persuasive. Yep, I am. I have been nagging Linda to watch 90210 for months and she has finally caved in. Mohaha! You never know when you will be the vitcim of my persuasiveness. Hehehe. your writer, Erika

The book sale start tomorrow. The is one book that I want that is going to be on sale. Leila Lindholm's cook book One More Slice . It's receipes for cookies, cakes and such. I love bakingand cooking. Everything looks so delicious. Are you going to buy anything at the book sale this year? I love it because, in December after Christmas it's a huge sale every year. It end in the middle of January. One and a half month later there is a new sale. Often there aren't any books at the book sale that I want. your writer, Erika
