How To Be Single

Hi everyone! How are you? I had actually had a really good weekend. First free weekend in what feels like forever. School seems to be taking over my life lately and the course is not even that fun. Well, it's over in a few months anyway. Yeah so I had a good weekend. I went to see my family yesterday because my sister had a birthday on Monday. Which instead of celebrating my sister seemed to turn into "Lets all tell funny stories about Erika when she was a kid", which wasn't funny at all. And I don't even know how the subject came up. Whatever after that I met up with a friend. We went and saw How To Be Single which was way better than expected. Like seriously I cried during the movie. It had really beautiful moments, or maybe I was just emotional. Either way it was a good movie and I cried. LOL.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
