Life Gets In-between

Hi people! I really need to get better at updating this blog. But I have so much going on in my life. School. Work. And other stuff. Hmm, but when I lived in Santa Barbara I went to school full time and still managed to blog every single day. I did blog every single day right? Eh, I blog more then than I do now and I had more school then than I do now. But I have work now. In the US I wasn't even allowed to work. Visa regulations, you know.

Today I had to get up at 6 AM (!) to get ready for work. Gosh I am not used to getting up that early. I am not used to getting up before 8 AM. 7 AM at its earliest on occasions but anything earlier than that is unholy. Naaaah, not my thing. But got to make money to pay the bills. Now I am home and sitting on the couch. Just finished cleaning my apartment and got do some homework soon. But i wanted to post something here first. I know my life is really hectic right now but I'll do my best to update this blog as often as I can. But school is over in a couple of months (LESS THAN THAT THREE MONTHS, CLOSER TO TWO AND A HALF) and then I'll have more time for you. Hehehehe.

I hope that everyone is alright and don't stress to much and remember to take care of themselves. Much love and care from me!

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
