Hi everyone! Good afternoon! Yeah! Who says that Mondays are boring? Not me. I have had a really good start of this week. Such a nice morning. I had a delicious breakfast with greek yoghurt and homemade granola and then I did some yoga. Yeah. The only thing that motivates me to work out is the result that notice on my body. I love yoga! I think it's the best thing! My body has become so much more flexible and I have actually got some muscles and abs (!). Hahahaha. I don't want to much muscle, that's not my thing. But it's nice to have some, be a little strong.
