Today I am home from school because I had some fever when I woke up today. Plus I had a sore throat. I could go to school but I feel that I should stay home today and rest so that I don't get unnessecary sick because it is Christmas soon and on Saturday Linda and I are swapping Christmas presents so I want to be well enough fo that. Also my mom told me that it is better if I stay home today.

Today I am not going to do much since I am a bit sick. Well, I might work some college applictaions. Ok, not some, just one because the deadline is January 1st - less than a month. The rest of them have a dealine in April, so I can just chill with them for now. I also have some homework that are due next semester. Blä, but if I want good grade I better do them now. I have already started on my project plan for my cook book so I can chill a little bit with that one too but not too much.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
