What I'm Up To

Two weeks guys! Two weeks, wow times just flies by. I have to admit that the nervousness is creeping up on me. It's not the good kind of nervousness, no it's the bad kind that makes you want to flee the whole situation. Or just flee.... but from what? I hate that feeling, the panicking feel like your going to be sick but never do and you're just running around or whatever trying to walk it off. Yuck!

Anyways, I am working on a web series for you guys. It's going to be about my life in California. Okay, let me just explain first that when I say "working on" I don't mean that it's exactly going to happen. I will have to see that I have interesting enough footage to make something. It's not going to be like the pervious videos or like The Erika and Linda Show. No, way better than E&L. I am two years older now so I will probably come up with something way way better (sorry Linda).

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
