Not Just A City Girl

Hello! So how are you all doing? I am good. Just sitting here on my couch wrapped in my super comfy blanket. So cozy I kind of wish that I had one of the dogs right now. Just kind of.

Near where I live there is a trail in the woods where you can take walk or jog or run or whatever you feel like. It is a very nice trail to walk around because you really get to use your legs. The past few days the weather has been really nice so every evening I have taken a long nice walk there. Every time I saw I bunch of mushrooms but I never bought a bag so I couldn't pick any. They were all along the trail so I didn't have to step far into the woods.

Last night I decided that I was going to bring a bag so that I could pick all of the mushrooms that I had spotted. I kept walking and walking and walking just looking alongside of the trail but I didn't see any mushrooms. First I thought that someone had been much smarter than me and brought a bag and picked my mushrooms. Just as I was going to give up I saw a bunch of them. SCORE!




I am so glad that I found some but maybe I should have gone earlier in the day. It was almost 7 PM when I was out there and it was getting kind of dark. But I actually found a lot. Earlier today I made a sandwich with some of the mushrooms. So yummy! I remember that when I was a kid we used to go out in the forest and pick a lot of mushrooms and make these delicious sandwiches afterwards.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
