That Bitch Named Sandy

Damn! Have you heard about that bitch named Sandy? Excuse my language, but I mean the hurricane. I hope she doesn't decide to take a trip here to the west coast. Since this hurricane is so severe I am glad I am not going to school in New York (Wow, that's a sentence I thought would never leave my mouth). I mean, I have been checking BMCC's, NYU's and Columbia University's facebook pages and they have all canceled and closed campus today and tomorrow. NYU wrote something earlier that they encourage everyone to stay where they are and to not use elevators and candles (candles, why? Okay, I am not a hurricane expert). But about 15 minutes ago they posted that the storm has passed through New York and were successfully able to serve meals in the dorms, but people should still stay where they are. OMG! I would be freaking out. I want to go to Columbia (preferably) to get my masters one day (I might changed my mind about that) so I hope no natural disaster happens when I am living there. Or any terrorist attack or something like that.

Talking about college, I though that while I am here in Cali maybe I should go to LA (and Valencia) to take campus tours of UCLA, USC and CALArts. Hey, who wants to go with? Oh my gosh maybe I should take a tour of UC Berkley while I am on it. OMG, this sound like so much fun!

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
