Tell 'Em That It's My Birthday

Hi guys! Happy Friday! Yeah! My boss asked me if I could work a few hours tonight but I wasn't really feeling it. Like I wanted my Friday night off. Not that I had anything special planned I just wanted to not have to do something. It's Friday. I just wanted to chill, right. I am entitled to that. LOL. Tomorrow I am going to a birthday party, for a five year old kid I might add. He's a sweetheart so it's all fun, the it's back to work on Sunday. Hmm, I bought him a card today but I have no idea where it is. I have to ask mom, if she can't find it it's lost forever. LOL. That's what they say.

Talking about birthdays, my birthday is almost here! It's three weeks left on Sunday. I think I know what I want to do for my birthday. I've already told you guys that I have to have dinner at some restaurant and I have decided that it would be fun if I could get a table at the Hard Rock Café in Stockholm. That's what I want to do for my birthday. I have also thought of another thing that I want for my birthday. I want tickets, or a ticket (I don't need to go with anyone) to see Justin Timberlake when he comes here in May. That would be a cool thing to do. I still really want all seasons of Desperate Housewives on DVD or Blu-ray (preferably Blu-ray if it's available).

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
