Silly Little Erika

Hola mi amigos. Yo, what up homies? Hahaha. How are you all this fine Friday evening? I am good. I haven't really done much except watching this interview that I have been wanting to watch for a while and yeah, another episode of House of Cards. LOL. Mmmm. The first season was better than the first one. Just my opinion. Well, I mean the first season and the first half of the second season. Maybe I am speaking too soon because I have not yet finished the second season but so far that is my opinion.

So what is everyone doing this weekend? I am not super busy, but I have a few things on my schedule. What is with that? I mean I am glad to be doing stuff but lately I have been busy during the weekends. I mean, maybe it can turn around so that I am more busy during the week and free during the weekends. LOL. I have scheduled these thing myself. It's not like any one has forced me to do any thing. LOL. Silly little Erika. Nah. Tomorrow I am going to be an extra in a new Swedish TV-show, premiering I don't know when. I know that Gina Dirawi is starring in it. I mean it's her show. So that is cool. On Sunday I am also slightly busy. Then I have this thing next week. LOL.

I don't know where everyone (reading this) are in the world atm but like, I live in Sweden and it's cold. I mean yeah, it's midnight in the begging if September. I am wearing so much clothes right now, you should see me. But it's super cozy! Hihihi. But still though this makes me miss the wonderful California weather. Yeah.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
