Sweetie Cutie

OMG! People are too sweet! Too sweet! I just want to hug them all! I mean seriously! Have you seen my latest instagram post? Follow me @eriikaworld so that you won't miss anything. But seriously that is so sweet, telling me I am perfect! C'mon! Awww. I just love SWD, the nicest people ever! I just wish that I could thank every single one of them with a hug. A like is not enough. I don't react well with compliments, I mean either I believe you and slightly over react or I don't believe you and just give you a simple "thanks". Yeah, and there is the slight possibility that I say nothing in return. I mean say, I really don't know how to responds to compliments. I mean is there "a correct way" to respond? I feel a little bit awkward about this. Like a little left behind or something. Like I there is some secret I wasn't told about. Eh whatever! I guess I'll learn it eventually.


So today I went to Grönan with Åsa and Alex. I actually went on some ride. How about that! Right, I mean the last few times, or basically all the times that I have been to Grönan all summer long have been for either a concert or for Sommarkrysset. On Saturday I am going there again. The Wanted. Please, don't give me crap about being a fake Directioner, 'cause I'll ALWAYS love them more than TW. TW are okay but I kinda like them so therefore I want to see them on Saturday. The problem is that I don't know what to wear. All I have decided so far is my underwear. LOL. I want to be cute, as always. Hopefully they will take picture with the fans after the show. I want a picture with Nath. All of the of course, but mostly Nath. Yup, Nath.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
