I Know, If I Want To

Hi guys. How are you? I am good. I am in a good mood right now. I really am. Really. I just watched the first episode of Sherlock starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. And it was really good. Idk but I didn't expect that. So now I am just in a really content mood. My Friday night has been really good so far. Aaaaah. Tomorrow I am going to watch the next episode. Aaaah. It's gonna be sad though when I have finished all three seasons since the next season doesn't premiere until 2016. Yawn.

What else have I done today? Mostly boring household stuff that unfortunately needs to be done. More unfortunately so that I have to do them myself since I don't have a maid. Well well. It scored me some major points at being a grown up (I guess). Ugh, I did laundry this morning but I forgot to buy detergent and fabric softener yesterday. Fortunately for me it was enough for the first two loads, but I had to run to the store and get some more. Ugh, annoying. The whole laundry situation was just annoying. Ps, I still haven't folded the laundry. It's all just laying in a big pile on the couch in the living room. Aaaa, I also cleaned the whole apartment, so more grown up points for me. Yeah! I know how to function as an adult. Grown up points for Erika. Woo whoo.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
