Meeting Anton Ewald

I met Anton Ewald! OMG! Am I the only one fangirling over him? Gosh he is freaking hot! I got a signed poster. Aww he was so sweet 'cause I told him that my name is Erika (he asked what my name is) and the he asked if I spell it with a "k" or a "c". That's nice! I mean if I was at a meet and great meeting fans I'd probably be so nervous that I spell their names wrong and or just assume that they spell it a certain way. Maybe I wouldn't ask them how they spell their name because I don't want to look stupid 'cause I don't know.

First I wasn't going to go because when I looked up how to get to the mall where he had the meet and greet today I saw that it takes an hour to get there. So my reaction was "Puff! I am to good for that stuff!". Then I thought but if it was for Justin Bieber I would do it and I really like Anton so why not. Live a little and don't be so boring. Yes, I consider myself a boring person. I am so glad that I went. It was so much fan. He seems so humble. Like when everyone is screaming his name and when people saw him walking to the stage he was just smiling kind of blushing. It was cute but he is hot! I hope he as another meet and greet soon. He said a while ago that he would have two meet and greets coming up  in the Stockholm area, so I am patiently waiting for the next one.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
